The check-in process was smooth . I was offered a refreshing drink upon arrival. my room had a separate seating area with comfortable furniture. i found two complimentary bottles of water in the mini-fridge daily. the gym included three treadmills , two elliptical machines , and a selection of free weights. the main pool featured a dedicated lane for swimming laps. i observed that the poolside bar offered a menu with a variety of cocktails. the hotel grounds had several shaded seating areas perfect for relaxation. the evening entertainment included live music performances.

one minor issue was a slight delay in the replenishment of toiletries one day.

The hotel provided various activities. I enjoyed playing volleyball with Rana, who taught me new skills. The kids activities were very good, a plus for families (it's always helpful to have activities for kids!). The hotel also offered fantastic food and drinks.

The room had limited drinks and snacks for a family of four, with only one pack of Doritos provided and no option to request more.

The staff were helpful, polite, and friendly (a smile always makes things better!). Miss Mahshid from Guest Assistance was particularly helpful when my wife needed medicine. Sefer, Mahmoud, Zarina, Enver, Samara, Karina, Fehsi, Suleyman and Yasuf offered excellent assistance .

Satisfactory stay with some drawbacks

The fitness class run by Efe was excellent. It had a good workout to the correct ability level with good support. All equipment was available and it was a good way to start the day.

I found the air conditioning quality to be very poor. I could not have good sleeps for some nights because of this. An old fan, provided as a solution, only moved the hot air around.

The main pool is huge and well maintained. there is plenty of space for swimming and lounging. The environment is carefully maintained. the food in the restaurants tasted great. we liked the desserts and the variety available.
